Please join us for our 4th Annual Prospective Health Care Conference titled “Prospective Health Care and the Individual”.

It will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2008 4:30-6pm in Schiciano Auditorium, CIEMAS on the Duke campus.

This year’s conference will focus on the individualistic mechanisms that PHC incorporates, and will feature the following speakers:

• Keynote speaker: Dr. Ralph Snyderman, Chancellor Emeritus, Duke University
• Dr. Howard McLeod, Director of the UNC Institute for Pharmacogenomics and Individualized Therapy
• Mr. Mark Mead of the Carolina Center for Integrative Medicine.
